Owned by the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation, this Humanitarian Hotel helps to create full-time employment opportunities, supports local families and ensures the island’s schools have essential services to thrive. “100% of net proceeds from the Inn are directed toward charitable causes, both locally and globally,” says Kevin Doyle, COO of the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation. “Additionally, each of our Humanitarian Hotels undertake philanthropic programming for employees, guests, and local nonprofits that represent the Foundation’s mission of serving those in need.”
When the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation took ownership of The Inn at Stonecliffe, they purchased land from the Manoogian family, the founders of Delta Faucet Company. By purchasing the land, the estate grew and the Inn at Stonecliffe now features an apple orchard with plantings, beehives, and a chicken coop which all lend a hand in providing fresh ingredients for the Inn’s culinary program. “It adds a sense of place and purpose to the property,” Doyle said. “A quiet, beautiful space that connects guests to the natural rhythms of the island and to the shared values of stewardship and legacy.”
In addition to the purchased land, The Inn at Stonecliffe has another tie to the Manoogian family and Delta Faucet Company. The fully renovated space features Delta Faucet products that bring a sense of style and reliability to each and every room. With three different areas of accommodation, each space leans into its unique design, promoting a unique experience for all who lodge there.
